Sorry it's been so long!

I haven't posted in such a long time but I had issues with my google account and then when I tried to check on blog and post stuff it said they had deleted my blog. I just happened to find it today. I had to get my google account fixed and hope to post a lot more since I have it fixed.

Coupon Holder

This is my coupon holder. I just started trying to do couponing and I haven't found any coupon holders that I like, so I decided to make my own. I used envelopes, cardstock, dsp and glue. I am loving it. I made it with a few more pockets then I probably really need but I wanted to make sure there was enough room. I love this holder.

How I became a Stampin Up! Demonstrator!

I found out I was pregnant just a few months after marrying my husband in 2006. When I was pregnant with my 11 yr I had been in the hospital at least 40 times because I was so sick so figured it would be like that with my now 3yr old. I was pretty sick at first and my husband wanted me to quit working after our son was born. I hadn't worked in over a month and he said for me to quit my job and he would get a second one. So I did but I wanted to do something with my days when I was feeling better and to suppliment some income. So I decided to sell items on ebay. I did fairly good for a while but it slowed down and I was just spending too much time work which made it hard to spend time with family. I decided to try selling Mary Kay. That was a big bust. I lived in a tiny town and didn't know anyone. I tried and sold nothing. I found some Stampin Up! stamps at a sale and thought those would probably sell on ebay. I then decided that I really liked them but didn't know what to do with them. I had tried stamping several year back and I made a big mess and got really frustrated and didn't think I could do it so I quit. Now I was trying to figure out what to do. So I looked up Stampin Up! Website to find a demonstrator near me. I contacted her and she seemed nice. I tried to contact her later about some stuff but it took her weeks to finally get back to me so in the mean time I decided to look for another one. I found one a little further away but she was so nice and easy to deal with. Got back to me very quickly. In fact she was so nice and helpful and they products were so great I signed up shortly after that. We have team meetings at her house once a month and we even get to try new items at her house which of course makes me want to order them too. She is now a friends not just my upline. Stampin Up had a regionals in my area right after I signed up. I went but was so nervous because I am kind of shy when it comes to being in a situation where I am meeting alot of new people all at once or I have never been to that type of event before. Everyone I meet was so nice and helpful. They projects were great and I had such a fun day even though it was the first time I had ever left my youngest son. I started to learn great things and was actually getting good at stamping. I had a friend come visit from Idaho and I taught her about stamping and card making and now she is into it too. I have been a demonstrator for almost 3 years now and I am loving it. I thought I was going to have to quit because I don't have many customers and they don't buy much so I am my best customer. I ended up starting to watch my niece and nephews so I earned enough money to make my minimuim. I sell my items I make at craft shows and at a new craft store here in my town. I have a booth and am trying to get my name out there. I am just learning the blogging stuff so trying to add more to my blog and hopefully get some followers. I hope to be doing this a long time and want to build my business.

My Why Statement:

I want to build my business and make enough income that my husband doesn't have to work a second job and can spend more time with us as a family!

Thanks for listening to my story and if you are interested in ordering or signing up to sell these wonderful items let me know. If you have any other questions or just want to try out some of the products let me know.
